In addition, there is as discussion of the valid matter of the sacrament. The video concludes with an explanation of who is permitted to receive the Sacrament of the Eucharist.

Discussion Questions:
- What does the word transubstantiation literally mean? What does this have to do with the bread and wine at the liturgy?
- Is the liturgy simply a reenactment of the Last Supper? If yes, how so? If not, how is it different?
- What substances must be used in order for the Eucharist to be valid? Can you receive the Eucharist if you have sinned? Why or why not?
- May a non-Catholic receive Holy Communion if they attend Mass? Why or why not?
